Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ogma, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

ogma provides AI visibility analysis for websites, including scan scores, issue detection, AI mention tracking, and optimization recommendations.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in USD, excluding VAT
• VAT (27%) applies for Hungarian customers
• You may cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

4. Acceptable use

• You may only scan URLs you own or have permission to analyze
• Do not use ogma for automated abuse, scraping, or competitive intelligence at scale
• One account per person

5. Limitation of liability

ogma is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made based on scan results. AI visibility scores are estimates and may vary.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the ogma service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence, which cannot be waived by contract.

For EU consumer disputes, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
